Refund policy

Products: only items that are defective, as a result of a manufacturer defect, may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery. The defective item must be sent back to PO Box 15133 Irvine CA 92623-5133 USA along with a note stating the defect. The defective item will be examined, and if the item is defective the item will be replaced with the identical item. No credit will be given, and no cash back.

Courses:  All sales are final. All courses are first come, first served. Once you pay for a course, and your payment is processed through our Merchant Account, your place in the course is reserved. If you cannot attend a course, then you will have credit for a future course anywhere in the world we give that course, or courses, provided notice is given one week before the course. No cash will be given back.
